Install Working Simplified on Your Phone
Add Working Simplified to your home screen so it opens like an app. It uses the same account and the same information as the website.
iPhone — Safari
- 1Open Safari.
- 2Visit workingsimplified.com.
- 3Open Share or the browser menu.
- 4Select Add to Home Screen.
- 5Enable Open as Web App if offered.
- 6Tap Add.
- 7Open the icon and sign in.
Android — Chrome
- 1Open Chrome.
- 2Visit workingsimplified.com.
- 3Open the three-dot menu.
- 4Select Install app or Add to Home screen.
- 5Confirm installation.
- 6Open the app and sign in.
Can't see the option?
- On iPhone, use Safari. If Add to Home Screen isn't in the Share menu, scroll down the menu or tap Edit Actions to add it.
- On Android, use Chrome and make sure it's up to date. The option may be called Install app or Add to Home screen.
- Private or incognito windows usually hide the option. Open a normal window instead.
- If you've already added it, look for the Working Simplified icon on your home screen or in your app list.
- Some work phones block installing apps. Ask whoever manages your phone, or keep using the website in your browser.
You need an internet connection
The home-screen app does not store rotas or staff details on your phone. It needs the internet to load your shifts and to save changes.
